History of the Inn
| The history of General Lafayette Inn & Brewery goes back to 1732. The inn was then called "Three Tuns" and has always served as a place where travelers could stop and refresh themselves.
The Inn is also the site of the Battle of Barren Hill, where General Lafayette, his men and 50 Indians held off and finally escaped capture by a much larger English force.
The Inn is only 15 minutes from Philadelphia.
