The Railroad Cut
No tracks were laid
here yet when approximately 200 Confederate soldiers were
captured by the 6th Wisconsin, 14th Brooklyn, and the 95th New
York during the first day's fighting. Investigator
Jonathan Williams sensed the presence of a man under the
overpass waving at him to come over. The two lower photos
were taken at that time. The photos were lightened with
Paint Shop Pro.

Brook Avenue
Brooks Avenue is
where you'll find the 27th Connecticut Infantry's
monument. The 27th Connecticut entered the Gettysburg
battle with only 75 of the original 829 men. They suffered
another 35 casualties in the Wheatfield near here. The
top left photo is investigator Williams taken at his request
when he sensed a presence near him. The photo on the top
right is a reference photo. The
second row shows orbs over the 27th Connecticut Infantry's
memorial on the left, the photo on the right is a reference
photo. The
third row on the left shows numerous orbs in the surrounding
woods. The photo on the right shows investigators John
Nilsen, Hildred Robinette, Anne Palagruto and Jonathan Williams
sitting on the 27th Connecticut Infantry's memorial.

Reynolds' Woods

Reynolds' Woods,
named after Gen. John Reynolds of the 1st Corp who was killed on
the first day while leading the Iron Brigade against advancing
Confederates. General Reynolds' apparition has been
reported being seen in many spots throughout Gettysburg
including the Lutheran Seminary and a shop in Gettysburg.
The pictures here
were taken from the spot General Reynolds was killed. The first
row is looking into Reynolds' Woods from the memorial marking
where he was shot. The photo on the top right is a
reference shot for the one on the left.
The bottom row
photos shows investigator Robinette with orb on the left, and
another photo of Reynolds' woods on the right.
