How many previous owners (if known): none

How many rooms in the site: 7 plus attic

History of location: No significant history except that years ago there was a murder/suicide in driveway of the house across the street and the driveway of the clients home was where all the neighbors gathered to view the bodies, so there may be some residual energy there.

Any occupants interested in the occult: (Ouija, séances, psychics, spells) If so, who and what? some occupants sensitive to spirits and have an interest is ghost related research and haunted places

Have there been any other witnesses besides the occupants? At least 5 other family  members and friends.

Have there been any sounds: (i.e. footsteps, knocks, banging, etc) If so, when, where and what: Pots, pans, banging in kitchen during the night when nobody was there.... strange whistling sound occasionally in bedroom...musical instruments play by themselves... sound of Christmas bells ringing sound coming from attic… doors opening and closing… shortly after moving in, there were scratching sounds coming from a box but nothing was found inside… there were piles of papers on the floor when the clients heard walking across the papers… footsteps are heard walking down the hallway at night… Client heard his name called in master bedroom several times… knocking heard in hallway when clients talked about the ghost… Client was in the bathroom with the door closed and heard the other client talking right outside the door. When he asked what she had said she told him that she was not there at the time and didn’t talk to anyone.

Has there been any movement of objects, If so, when, where and what: Coffeepot moves…. deodorant flew out of medicine cabinet when the door was closed… a glass bowl that had been sitting on the kitchen table filled with cold scrambled eggs suddenly exploded… a 10” chisel was dropped and rolled under a shelf and was never found. There is no basement and no hones for it to fall through. Even when a new floor was eventually put in the chisel was never found… A friend was visiting and was teasing the ghost telling it its name was Casper. She told it if it didn’t like being called Casper to do something about it. At that, they heard a crash in the bathroom and stuff that was on the counter had flown into the sink… another occasion a friend told the ghost that is he was really there to move a bottle of white-out and the bottle flew off the table. The white-out continued to move around for about a month after that…. A painting flew off the shelf and was found across the room when the client went into the empty room to see what the noise was. Doors slam closed and are found open later.

Have there been any apparitions, If so, when, where and what (describe the apparition): Woman in long white dress carrying a candle seen in hallway...shadowy figure of a man seen in hallway and living room... The woman was seen a while ago, the man more man recently. In the last 3 or 4 days, there has been an increase in movement out of the corner of your eye when in the kitchen.

Are pets affected? Yes. Cat follows unseen object and moves her hear right to left when watching it.

Have there been any uncommon cold or hot spots: If so, when, where and what: cold breezes in hallway but may not be paranormal

 Have there been any problems with electrical appliances: (TV, lights, kitchen appliances, doorbells) If so, when, where and what: Kitchen light is found on after it was turned off… TV goes off and on…Channels on TV change by themselves

Have there been any physical contact: If so, who, where and what happened? Relative or resident was hugged by an unseen entity in the kitchen. Client has experienced what felt like a cat or animal walking across the bed.

How often does the phenomenon occur: daily to several times a week but comes in spurts.

	Client frequently obtains positive photos around this photo of a deceased relative.
	Clients often hear sounds of pots and pans clashing and footsteps in this area when no one is in the kitchen. This has been experiences also by several houseguests on different occasions.
	Apparitions of a woman in a long white dress and of a male in dark clothing have been seen in this hallway. An anomalous EMF reading was obtained at the time of these photos.
