Anne Palagruto - C0 -Director
of PIPR. In
1998 Anne started internet group Ectoplasm Cafe which currently has
785 members. Shortly afterwards she became a member of South Jersey
Ghost Research. During part of her time with SJGR she was the photo
editor for The Shadowlands. Anne became co-director of SJGR along with
Dave Juliano. After several years in that position and dealing with so
many clients who had children that were experiencing paranormal
activity, she stepped down from that position to start SJGR
Kids Club, a website specifically designed to help children who
were afraid of what they were experiencing and to answer their
questions. During this time she also created a website to help people
who need help understanding their psychic abilities. The Help for
Sensitives site has a hotline which is made up of volunteers who are
available via email and instant messaging to talk with people who are
having trouble understanding their new found abilities. In November
2004, she resigned her position as Community Relations Director with
SJGR in order to form SJGR Kids club, which had evolved into
Junior Ghosthunters International. In November 2004 she left SJGR
and formed the Philadelphia Institute for Paranormal Research in order to conduct
research in areas such as video and EVP. PIPR works very closely with
Soultrackers International. She was featured in an episode of MSNBC
Investigates entitled True Believers and has been interviewed
for numerous articles in newspapers such as the Burlington
County Times, The Currier Post and the Roxboro Review. Anne is the author
of two books; Deliver US from Evil - Prayers for Spiritual
Warfare and Forensic Ghostology. Both are available on Ebay
